For the non-sportsfan, Joe Gibbs is the head coach of the Washington Redskins football team. He is, more importantly, a man of God. Coach Gibbs has a weekly "spiritual gameplan" that he does on his website. They are available in audio, video, and hard copy pdf formats. Its a real privillage to be able to work with him on these.
